She is absolutely remarkable in her creativity and dedication to personalizing each and every room. I am always in awe when I enter a completed room. I just can't stop looking at all the details she so marvelously is able to capture. She makes the room very warm and cozy as well as being absolutely beautiful. I could sit in the room for hours feeling so very comfortable. She has a very special touch when it comes to decorating. I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone.

We can't even put into words how much we appreciate what you did for us. The bedroom is absolutely amazing. I go in during the day even when I don't have to just to see it. She showed me how to update some of my ceramic pieces by painting them with terracotta paint to make them look like expensive pottery. I have never been happy with my living room--partially because of the lack of cohesiveness of the individual pieces, added to the fact that I lack the part of the brain that controls creativity! I had gone without window treatments after painting it for 4-5 years because I just could not make a decision! A few weeks ago, Chris came down and designed my daughter’s living room and the change was astounding. I was hooked. My husband died a few months ago and I have been working my way from being “us” to being “me”. After 33 years, that can be quite a journey. I was probably the hardest client Chris has had because I really could not tell her what I needed. I wanted light, airy, cozy, comfortable, colors rather than all earth tones, etc. The day that she was actually doing the work, I realized that the word I was seeking was “serenity”. I wanted a beautiful space where I could feel at peace away from my otherwise hectic life. My living room and foyer are now filled with comfortable furnishings and paint detail that is extraordinarily unique. Most importantly, my favorite photos and prints are spread throughout the room, in fresh formats, to remind me of all of the wonderful memories that I have. And, most importantly, Chris was able to incorporate beautiful storage areas for my grandson’s toys which had been all over my old living room. She even took him and my dog into consideration when choosing fabric and furniture pieces. I had to have a chair big enough to accommodate a busy little boy and a dog who was used to having a place in the middle of the action. I had been spending less and less time in my living room and finding more and more things to do elsewhere. Now, I can’t wait to get home and experience the “serenity” that Chris has given me. What a wonderful gift! And now we are on to the dining room!
